Creative Meditations

Creative Meditations offers classes that are a combination of meditation and the arts. Drawing meditation, mindful meditation, and mixed media art are classes offered. Come learn meditation in a different way; through the process of creating.

Creative Meditations began as a concept, and a creative outlet that has helped me through many life lessons. Today Creative Meditations is a small company located in the Catskill Mountains dedicated to creating and teaching meditation through art. Three years ago meditative drawings inspired by zentangle® ™ became a natural addition to the company and I became a Certified Zentangle Teacher. It is my hope that you will join me on this wonderful creative journey for the non-artist and artist alike.
