Newton Farm Collective is a small, organic, regenerative farm in New York’s Catskill Mountains growing two acres of biodynamic vegetables, grains, and herbs, both culinary and medicinal. We focus on nutrient density and bio-diversity through soil amending, low-till practices, and cover cropping.
